16 hours in 4, 4-hour, live virtual sessions: Tuesdays and Saturdays November 2nd to November 13th 
Prerequisite: Basic Mediation

You learned the fundamentals of mediation in the basic mediation workshop or you are a practicing mediator and want to take your skills to the next level. Now join us for this intermediate mediation workshop. You will build your capacity to think and speak like a mediator and begin to develop one of the most important aspects of mediation: reflective practice.

Designed to have participants further build their capacity of thinking like a mediator and understanding the necessity of reflective practice. 60% of the two days will be practice. Topics emphasized will be:

• Elegant questions
• Managing the process
• Organizing the material
• Using visuals
• Framing
• Reflecting on the "why" of particular choices
• Gaining better understanding of the function of Interests and Issues
